Account Creation

To use WyrldWeaver, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use WyrldWeaver. Users between 13 and 18 should have parental consent. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the Service.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Permitted Use

WyrldWeaver is intended for organizing and managing tabletop RPG campaigns and related creative content. You may use the Service for personal or commercial game mastering activities.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or violate any laws
• Upload content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all creative content you create, upload, or store in WyrldWeaver, including campaigns, characters, lore, and notes. WyrldWeaver does not claim any ownership rights to your content.

License to WyrldWeaver

By uploading content to WyrldWeaver, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete the content or terminate your account.

WyrldWeaver Platform

The WyrldWeaver platform, including its software, design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by WyrldWeaver and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Respect for Others' Rights

When creating content, ensure you have the right to use any third-party materials (such as copyrighted text from published materials). Respect others' intellectual property rights.

Subscription Plans

WyrldWeaver offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features and increased usage limits as described on our pricing page.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds

Subscriptions are not refundable, but you can use the Service until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals.

Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability of WyrldWeaver, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice to address security or stability issues.

Service Changes

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the Service.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk regarding data security.

Data Backup

We regularly backup user data, but we recommend you export important content regularly as an additional precaution.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using WyrldWeaver, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Community Sharing

We may introduce features that allow you to share campaigns, characters, or other content with the WyrldWeaver community. Participation in these features will be entirely optional and require your explicit consent.

Your Control

For all future features involving your content, you will have full control over what you share and how it's used. Participation will always be optional.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings or contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end, but you may export your data before deletion.

Termination by WyrldWeaver

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for other legitimate business reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted according to our data retention policies, typically within 90 days of account deletion.
